DIY Setup: Each bed includes step-by-step instructions and an online video guide. Most beds can be assembled by two people in under an hour.
Removal Service: We do not offer removal or disposal of old bed frames or mattresses.

While we cannot offer refunds once an order is placed, we do offer flexibility through exchanges depending on product availability and condition.
